SaltWrap Rewards Program - Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: May 13, 2025

Welcome to the SaltWrap Rewards Program ("Program"). By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and reside in the United States.
  • Customers must create and maintain an active SaltWrap account to participate.
  • The Program is void where prohibited by law.

2. Earning Points

  • Members earn 1 point for every $1 USD spent on eligible purchases made directly through saltwrap.com.
  • Points are typically awarded after an order is fulfilled and payment is confirmed.
  • Points may also be earned through special promotions, referrals, and other activities as defined by SaltWrap.
  • If a purchase is returned or canceled, any points earned from that transaction will be deducted from the member’s balance.

3. Redeeming Points

  • Points may be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.
  • Redemption values and options are displayed in your account dashboard and may be subject to change.
  • Points are not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied to taxes, shipping, or prior purchases.
  • Points are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder who earned them.

4. Point Expiration

  • Points expire 12 months after the last account activity (either a point-earning or redemption action).
  • SaltWrap reserves the right to modify the expiration period with notice via email or website update.

5. Abuse & Termination

  • SaltWrap may suspend or cancel a member’s participation in the Program if it suspects fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
  • We reserve the right to review and adjust point balances or disqualify participants at any time.

6. Program Modifications

  • SaltWrap may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice.
  • Continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • SaltWrap is not responsible for system errors, outages, or unauthorized use of points.
  • Participation in the Program is at your own risk.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
